My name is Pam Killeen and I am an author, educator and nutrition consultant in London, Ontario. If you are looking for someone to help you reach optimal health, look no further. I have been studying nutrition and natural health for over 20 years and help clients achieve their wellness goals. I work with people individuallly (in person, by phone or email) but also offer ongoing education through group seminars.

 

My Program

Under our current healthcare system, over 80% of the population will die from chronic disease. Depression is the leading cause of disability. Primitive cultures, on the other hand, enjoyed robust physical and mental health. What did they know that we don't? Through wisdom, they knew how to maximize their nutritional intake by eating nutrient-dense foods. As such, my goal is to teach you how to integrate these wholesome traditional foods into your diet so that you, too, can enjoy optimal health.
