The truth is soft and gentle – the lie, loud and obnoxious.

In order to find answers to my health challenges, I had to learn to question every solution I came across. Over the years, I have become somewhat of a “Health Watchdog”, looking for common sense answers to many health questions. We may go down many paths before we can find the truth. One way I’ve decided to help expose truth is by explaining just how the corporate media is spinning stories in order to distract people from learning the truth.
